GMWC 2010B Vehicle Design Budget Announced

Same as 2010A. There was only one small cost-related change to the spec for 2010A, all the other changes involved non-performance options. 9pts seemed to be a compelling budget for this season, so we'll just stand pat.
For those of you doing client-side prototyping (CSP), the 'testing' repo should be functional for you again. We'll have another cut of the mod installer soon that will match up, version-wise, so anyone having trouble updating isn't left out in the cold.

Any ideas when the budget and skin submissions deadline will be?
The CSP window looks like it is going to be really short. Sorry. Blame Microsoft, cygwin, or both. We're doing what we can with the time we have. We still have to roll the season update before the season starts too, so the deadline cannot be too close to season start. Given that we are already in the 4th cup, the CSP season will be shorter than normal. Much shorter. Again, sorry.
