 It'd be nice if I could connect to their commerce server. Been trying for 6 hours

 No problem for me...used the Paypal option instead of the other one...that one failed 3 times, but Paypal went right on through. Got my confirmation from ISI within seconds.

 Odd. I had to enable my unused ethernet card in order to connect to their billing server
