goggle+ got one thing less evil that could be critical for those paying attention.  You own your data.  With facebook, you are basically giving them your personal content for free, and truely giving it to them.  They own it.

google+ I am sure has plenty of its own evil, but I have not looked much into it yet, so I don't know what it is yet.
