Still haven't seen anything else about this, but I know they have been discussing a location like this for a while before Austin got its date. Are we really going to go from no USGP to two within the next two years?

Pretty close.  Looks like the only difference is some use of a parking lot to sharpen one of the complexes.

it better be in the summer - if it's in the fall and the leaves turn you could easily get alot of track contamination.

getting google earth running and eye-balling it there's a space down in the south east/lower right that could be a candidate for the paddock....from corner to corner it's 295m long.  That long enough?
