seeking negotiations
Up to Team: RAC Racing
Mr. Jones:
In light of it becoming public knowledge that a member of Antares Racing (me) did willfully (and successfully I might add) conspire to obtain proprietary RAC chassis and engine data, and it becoming public knowledge that the latest Antares entry in the GMWC 09A season is a product of that conspiracy, the current Antares Team Principal Doug Baggett, has authorized me to approach you in seeking a customer car agreement.
This attempt to make amends stems from the firm belief of the Antares management that intra-team relations and the spirit of sportsmanship is paramount - and also that I got caught!
Upon successful negotiations, I would think it appropriate to issue a joint Press Release, putting this nasty business of espionage behind us, for the good of the sport!
Sincerely,
Mike Redman

Mr Redman (aka Spy Master)
REF: RAC Racing engine and chassis designs stolen by Antares Racing.
While I seek advice from my other board members regarding your offer and the recent confirmation of the theft from RAC Racing, I wish to express my disappointment in the failure of Antares Racing in not coming forward in the beginning with a request for a customer engine and chassis design. Had an initial approach been made, I, myself would have been more than willing to supply Antares Racing a contract in which a package would be supplied based upon the current RAC Racing chassis and engine.
So, in the meantime, a press release with regards to the "Spy scandal" will be released shortly, informing all other teams to be more vigilant and be on guard with new employes, and their movements.
So while I await a decision from my board members, I would like to say thank you for your apology, and your request to become a customer of our chassis and engine package.
Regards.
