Technically, as soon as the team formed you get to join.

Yeah sorry didn't get around to posing sooner. Yeah as AJ said you can apply as soon as the team has been formed, I can now set about creating the custom spec race livery for your car. If you could send me your E-mail address either by posting here or E-mailing me on the address provided in the team folder, I can then keep you informed with the progression of the team and everything else related to the team.

Just a friendly reminder: 'keeping informed' is best conducted on the forum (RAC has its own section).  We much prefer that over back-channel emailing for the very specific reason that private emailing creates an atmosphere of exclusivity and discrimination, which creates acrimony and is in direct opposition to the league's mandate.  Every team should subscribe to an 'open door' policy as much as possible.  Obviously we can't enforce this, anyone can email each other six ways to sunday and we won't know and can't stop it.  But it's antithetical to our league.

Also -- in general, personal email addresses shouldn't be posted directly online.  The website is public and can easily be trolled for address harvesting (and I can attest that it is, due to the spam I get on the public gm aliases we maintain).
