This panel looks streched and block much of the front view...

Is that correct?

I checked at dx7 (photo attached) and dx9. no difference.

Yep.  I screwed up.  I fixed the DX7 shader on the wrong version of the car (the carrera and slimjim versions are different), and messed that up.   I'll redo the fix on the right ones.
