I was unable to get rFactor to run until I found the following in a rFactor/Windows forum

1. Right-click on the rFactor icon

2. Select properties (at the bottom)

3. Select the "Compatibility" tab

4. In the "Compatibility mode" click the check box for "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)"

5. OK

6. Run rFactor.

Runs super fast without any problems. I'm running mine with everything max and so far have encountered one problem: You have to run "Grid Motorsports" in the same compatibility mode. This gets rFactor going, but it does not take you to GridMotorsports. You have go through rFactor to do this.

Practice: gridmotorsports.com works just fine.

I don't know the location for race day: Something similar? Same with password?
