Odd car behaviour in server.

Having entered the server yesterday, I noticed my car was behaving very strange, it was bouncing up and down in the monitor window.  When I drove it, everything was fine.

Oh, you've never seen that before?

It's an odd quirk of rF's physics -- sometimes it just bounces the car when it's not being driven, like it initiated the car into the sim environment, but not completely, so it doesn't settle down.  I'm just guessing.  But I've seen that periodically for a long time.

I have seen it, but usually someone else's car.  I do think it has something to do with the car set up.  I loaded the defaults in garage and it stopped.
