Apparently windows completely shat on itself when the box suffered the hard powerdown over the weekend.
There's a whole pile of systems files that got corrupted. I went in late to work this morning in an initial attempt to fix it, but it was going to take more time than I could give it. Hopefully I'll have enough time tonight. But if it ends up needing a total re-install, it'll probably be another couple of days of downtime.
Meanwhile, I've disabled the parts of the website that relied on the win32/rf server, so the site (forums, etc..) should be fully functional.

Good ol' fashioned windows file system corruption. First thing I did was boot a linux live CD and didn't see anything wrong with the drive.
