is everyone getting a timed out at our server---it will not let me in---sammy

Yes me too, just tried again ,, still getting join timed out.

The summary is that there's something wrong with the windows box, but for now you can login to the ALT server:

Moved to support and renamed thread.  Come on, Sammy, 'Server' is not even a remotely helpful title.  :)
