Wont let me build a prototype

There are no errors that come up or anything i checked the log to see if prototype vechicles would be built and it said yes but it dosent also syncronise with server is unchcked and new vechicle textures ive checked also that the GMWC_PrototypeVehicles file is in the right place and also that the driver name is selected in the mod.

 

any help appreciated
