Everyone: PLEASE post technical support issues IN THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SECTION of the forum!!
The sections are configured differently and it helps me tremendously when problems are reported in the correct section.
It takes like 3 seconds for you to choose where your post is going to be most appropriate. Please consider those 3 seconds as an investment in my sanity.
Consider also that it's an investment in the league -- since the support section should be the first place people go when they have problems, so to see if it's something that's already come up and (ideally) already been solved. Having to wade through tons of non-tech-support threads looking for tech-support threads defeats the whole purpose of making the distinction.
