Antares Patent Licensing LLC approves GMWC deal
Antares Patent Licensing LLC approves the use of the "Antares Simulation Racing" intellectual property in regards to the production of the GMWC "default" car.
"Antares Simulation Racing", it's facilities, personelle, equipment and all property are owned wholly by "Antares Patent Licensing LLC" effective immediately upon conclusion of the bankruptcy and liquidation of the entity formerly known as "Antares Simulation Racing". (conclusion of court proceedings effective August 5th 2010)
Antares Patent Licensing LLC grants the GridMotorsports World Cup of Racing a limited license to use "Antares Simulation Racing" designs, methods, systems and other intellectual property as specified in the confidential agreement signed by representatives of the "GridMotorsports World Cup of Racing" and "Antares Patent Licensing LLC" in regards to the use of former "Antares Simulation Racing" facilities to produce the "default" car of the Gridmotorsports World Cup of Racing.
Antares Patent Licensing LLC is owned, operated, and represented by Doug Baggett and protected by the well known patent protection firm of Dewy, Cheetham and Howe.
