Things you should know before ordering your factory car.

There are a couple of things you need to know when ordering your factory car using the vehicle specification form.

Scuderia DeLoyer Uses a team "spec" car. The only information you need to provide on your submission form, is your preferred driveline, (AS1, AS2, Gyrotek or Helotek).

While team members are welcom to use their own livery designs, SDL does has a default team livery for those who don't want to take the time to design their own. This livery consists of a black car with single color accent stripes and matching side-pod graphics (Thanks to Chris Jones for the help in designing the livery layout). Individual drivers will be identified by the color used for the accent stripes. You'll need to upload a .png file with your livery. A Photoshop template is available that is pre-configured with the SDL default livery. All you need to do is "fill" the driver color layer with the accent color of your choice, modify the driver name layer and the number layer as appropriate, flatten the image and save as a .png file. There are instructions included in the template itself. It's recommended that you use either white or another light color for the driver's name font…something that will show up against the car's black body color. If you'd also like to add a custom badge or custom sponsor logos to your car, you can add it to this file along with your name. Just remember to keep the current livery layout in mind when adding custom badges or logos. If you decide to create your own custom livery, please be sure to include the team logo (the Rampant Boar badge) somewhere on your car...typical location is on the side, just forward of the radiator intake scoops.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or difficulties, or if you'd like help with livery and/or custom sponsor logos. I'm more than willing to help out.
