Submit A Bug Report

A simple form for submitting a bug report to the development team.

Please use this form if you wish to report a bug or issue with the Grid Motorsports client software.  Note that our issue tracker can be browsed at the following URL: http://tracker.gridmotorsports.com.  You might want to search through existing issues first, to see if the problem has already been identified (and possibly already solved).

Please enter a brief description of the issue you encountered. The more detail you include the more likely we are to be able to identify, reproduce and ultimately resolve the problem.
Please provide the log file generated during the Grid Motorsports session that exhibited the problem. The log file is created automatically every time the application is run, and the contents from previous sessions are not preserved when a new session is started. Thus, it is best if you submit the log file immediately after you experience the problem (if you're able to recreate the bug, then please do so, and submit the resulting log file). Unless you've changed the default Grid Motorsports configuration, the log file is named 'gm_log.txt' and resides in the GameData\Vehicles\GridMotorsports directory in your rFactor installation.
